Does anyone know if there is a way I can take an audio spoken words file from a website and then add markers to it so that I can end up with a CD with markers? By markers, I mean the different sections that CDs are divided into so that you can start listening at different places. They are like the short spaces that are between songs on music CDs. When I was working on a podcast in GarageBand, I was using the female voice track. Then I clicked on the Podcast Track. Then if need be, I clicked on the Track Editor icon. At that point, I could click on "Add Marker" on the places where I want the markers to be. It looked like it was working well. But I can't figure out how to burn the podcast to a CD in Garage 3.0.4. I've had some luck exporting to iTunes and then burning a CD from iTunes. But when I do that, there are no markers on the CD when I go to play it on my CD player. At some point they seem to disappear. Do you know what I might be doing wrong or what else I should try? Or maybe I'm using the wrong software? If anyone is able to offer me some help, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks,
Ragnes
