crushFTP >> port 21 in use??

Trying to setup crushftp on my iMac with OS X 10.1

I notice an error having to do with port 21 in use although I have tried unchecking the ftp box in sharing prefs.

I have looked around for docs on crushftp but haven't had any luck yet.

Anyone have this problem? I have verified that ftpd is commented out in my inetd.conf file so when crushftp is running it should be able to access this port right?

I'm gonna go back and try to run it as root although that shouldn't make a diff right???

Well, after logging into root from the login window I was able to start crushftp just fine. Now I need to figure out how to have it run each time the computer is up like every other server app.
