Customising and theming OS X.

Hi.
Can anybody tell me how to customise the look of OS X in the way that some people in the desktop thread have done ie. how do i make my Finder green and stuff.
I know how to edit/create/change icons using stuff like icon factory but any help regarding either the GUI or icons would be nice.

For themes as Toast mentioned the best source is http://www.resexcellence.com/

For theme switching apps I prefer Theme Changer...

You will need Aquafix just in case, too!
