I have recently purchased a Prime Film Negative Scanner, it came with Photoshop Elements 2 bundled as well as CyberView X-MF. As instructed I loaded the Photoshop Elements 2 first then the CyberView.
When I get up PhotoshopElements 2 and try to use the scanner it keeps telling me that "it could not complete the import command because of a program error" I had the same problem with a previous SmartScan scanner, which worked quite satisfactorily until I upgraded to OSX Tiger, am I having the same problem because of Tiger? I have tried reloading at least 6 times to no avail both on my G4 iMac and my G4 laptop, to no avail. Help!
