cycling through menus/dock

if you click and hold on the menubar, you can use the left and right arrow keys to cycle through the menus (tab key works like a right arrow key, but shift-tab doesn't work)... unfortunately, the up and down arrow keys don't work (yet)

also, command-tab and command-shift-tab will cycle through the dock items
