Dashboard widgets can't acess internet

hi,

i just recently lost connection to the internet for some of my dashboard widgets on my G5 Quad. The OSX weather widget comes up blank and also my orange.ch widget (for sending sms) can't send anymore. My internet connection however works fine on the same machine (no problems whatsoever on the www, ftp, ssh, bittorrent, ...) and on all my other machines on the network the dashboard widgets can connect alright to the net.

If anyone could give me a hint as to how i could troubleshoot this ...
 
Are you using Little Snitch as an outgoing firewall? Maybe you've somehow set Dashboard widgets not to connect that way. I guess you've already tried to simply restart both your computer and your internet connection (router).
