Buffer under-run generally means you are trying to record too fast.
What is the X-ness of those DVD-Rs? What speed are you trying to
burn at?

That burner isn't rated at higher than 8-X. The folk at videohelp.com
report nothing on Imations rated higher than 4-X.

You can also get a spurious under-run error trying to burn a DVD
movie that wasn't quite properly ripped.

And 6 is an old Toast. It's up to v8 now.
