Dave and Wireless Support

Does Dave 4.0 have wireless support? I cannot get it to mount any shares when i am connected wirelessly. I have searched the web for answers but found nothing so far. All the settings seem to be correct as if I pull the wireless card out and plug in, it works fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

I assume you're talking about Dave Win/Mac filesharing?

If you have or get Jaguar you won't need Dave...

(Can't help you with your question specifically tho, sorry )

I have JAG and it works natively, but how it implements samba is inferior to how Dave works. Dave is much faster and when I am plugged in, it is wonderful to use. Also does not create those Ds.store files on the drives I browse.

Wireless wise, it does not work.. I have tested it for a while tonight and see that. I can browse by ip, but the login to domain does not work wirelessly it seems. Not that big a deal; also when you go into system preferences and click the Dave Network button, it crashes when wireless. I have emailed Thursby about it for their input. I have tested this on multiple macs with fresh installs of Jag so I do not think it is a configuration problem.
