Dead Mac Mini

Help! My two-month-old Mini has occasionally been impossible to wake up after sleep (a known problem, I believe), but always woke up after a restart using the button on the back. However, I used it on and off last night, with it sleeping in between times and with it waking up OK except the last time (obviously!). I tried holding the button on the back down to restart it, but it made a slight zizzing noise, with the front light flickering, then the noise stopped and the light was on continuously, but it did not restart. Tried this several times without any success. I then switched the power off at the plug, waited a while, then switched it on and tried starting the Mini. This time nothing happened, not even the light was on. Any ideas out there?
 
Hmmm, sizzing sound? think if it's only 2 months old (if bought new from Apple) better take it up with Apple and they should replace it or at least repair it, sizzing sound is the worry.
