Default Folder and Panther

Well, I found the reason why ALL applications quit on launch when I tried to run Panther for the first time. It seems that Default Folder is not compatible with 10.3 (which is an understatement).

Deleting Default Folder from my login items allowed me to boot and run Panther with no problems.

Just thought I'd pass this along, in case anyone else was having this problem.

if i were you i would write jon and let him know about this. he's very good about keeping the program updated and no doubt is probably working on the pather edition right now. (hint, he might even let you join the beta testing if you can provide him with info that is helpful)
