Deleted Files Out Of Trash

Hi. I had two folders for School. I attend a University so you can imagine those were very full. I put one in the trash thinking I could get rid of it and then proceeded to empty the trash. When I did the other one deleted too. So now I have no school folder which was filled with many things I need. How do I get these back after I deleted them out of the trash? I haven't done anything yet after deleting them accidentally.
 
What os system are you running.? do you have Time Machine? If you have time machine, you may be able to go back in time before you emptied the trash and locate the trash can and or the file and do a restore of the files. I'm not sure of this though.

TechTool Pro is capable of resurrecting deleted files as is Data Rescue II.

If you decide to purchase one or the other, do not use your Mac until you get it & install---however, even installing could ruin your chances. Attempt to use from another computer by linking them with a firewire cable using Target Disk Mode.
