Deleted mail.app accounts

Hi all,

I acceidentally deleted an email account in mail.app only to discover that the damn thing also deleted all the mail in the sent and in folders.

How can I recover the messages?

Check if something is left in your Library/Mail - folder.
I lost an account when I struck a Bug a while ago, the mailfolders where still in Library/Mail and when i re-created the account with the original name the mail where recovered.

I recreated the account but recovered nothing in return. What should I do?

i deleted the account i had b4 importing my emails(didnt know i had to). i really need to get those emails back does any1 know how to or if it is even possible. i have searched all over the mac and cant seem to find any traces of the old mail...... can some1 please help me???
