yes, it's very good. it uses the full openGL system for rendering effect for transitions, and seems very powerful, and very customisable. i couldn't see the point of it, but then, i've never really used linux. exposé works better for me.
 
I use it on my iBook. It's quite useful, but, to be quite honest, I sometimes forget it's there and forget to use it. When I find myself with tons of windows open, it's helpful.
