desktop screen bounce - can't size screen to fit

My desktop screen keeps moving around. I can't resize screen to make it stable and fit. Any ideas?

Turn off your Zoom.

Open your System Preferences, then Universal Access.
turn your Zoom off.

Or, Zoom back out by holding your CTRL key, and rotate your scroll wheel/ball. You'll see your screen zoom in and out. Just zoom out, and the screen will be back to normal.

Thanks for a very easy quick fix! I didn't even know what universal access meant!!!
