Does any one know of where to download Developer Tools for Mac OS 10.1 or any other free programing software for Mac OS 10.1?

The Developer Tools for each version of MacOS X are on its distribution disc. The Developer Tools for MacOS X 10.1 are on the distribution CD for MacOS X 10.1.
Word to the Wise: Visit the A History of Apple Computer website, identify the most recent OS that supports your computer, and then upgrade to it. MacOS X 10.1 was extant from September 25, 2001 until August 24, 2002. That is something like 40 in computer-years. In the case of human beings, there are college graduates who are too young to remember MacOS X 10.1.
