Developer Tools - it is installed?

Hello,

I was on here years ago and got a lot of help with getting X Windows up and running. I am super super rusty, but will spare you with just one dumb question today. I have a 7 month old iMAC with 10.5. Does it come with Developer Tools installed? How would I check?
 
And just to clarify a bit further - the Developer Tools do come in the discs that shipped with your Mac. If you insert that in, you will be able to install them from there.

If the discs would be lost or not available (please make sure you have the discs stored safely for future use, always) they can also be downloaded from developer.apple.com.
