Hey,
I just got a new pen recorder dvr from japan or china, whatever. The problem is whenever i insert it (through) USB into my mac it displays the message "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer" (options: ignore or eject) The manuel it came with said to visit a site to download the VLC app to import videos, but i cant seem to get them from the pen itself, HELP PLEASE
