Does anyone know if I can play D2 in my os x or do I have to get os 9 in order to play D2. Thanx!

you could also just log onto battle.net and it would automatically patch it for you...

Diablo II runs super crummy in X on all of my machines. Given, X runs super crummy in general on my 400 Mhz tower, but I am kind of disappointed that the 12" Powerbook is formatted X boot only and Diablo runs so badly.

Have you tried software rendering? It seems that OpenGL doesn't do the 2d thing that D2 uses too well.

Once again, a patch is supposed to come out to fix all this. But that patch has been "comming out next week" for about a year now.
