Diff betwixt InDesign 2 and CS?

Anyone have the skinny on what the major differrence between InDesign 2 and InDesign CS are?

Worth the upgrade for a rank beginner with the program who will be using it to write a book? (see related post)
 
CS has alot of nice features that 2 doesn't have (I remember that much)...it's kinda hard to explain it though since I've been using CS only for the past 5 months or so...guess I forgot what 2 was like <G>.

For a book 2 might be good enough, but if you can swing it then go ahead and grab CS.

It might be easier for you to write everything beforehand in a Word Processor (Word, Simpletext, OpenOffice Writer, etc.) then import the text when you're ready to lay everything out. ID is more for putting all the pieces together than actual writing.
