Difference Between Flash Player Enabler Plug-in and Flash Player Plug-in?

I was having problems installing Firefox add-ons from the Mozilla Web site. Kept getting a "not a valid install package." I looked in my Console log and saw "can't map file" and something about Flash Player (which came installed already when I bought my computer). Thinking it was a Flash Player problem, I went to the Mozilla site and installed Flash Player Enabler Plug-in. But now I don't think that was the problem in the first place. Did I need to install Flash Player Enabler Plug-in if I already had Flash Player Plug-in? What's the difference between these two?

It's on the Mozilla Web site. Go there and click on "Plug-Ins." You'll see it there. I believe it's the second or third one down.

That link you posted didn't help at all. I'm not having that problem--I can see all Flash Player displays with no problem. Everything is working. The only thing I can't do is install themes and stuff from the Mozilla Web site. When I checked my Console log it said "can't map file" and something about Flash Player. I don't understand it...

Please, if you have time, find my other thread titled "Mozilla Add-ons: Flash Player Problems; Please Help; Not Valid Install Package" ... or something similar to that title. If you can answer my question(s), I would be thrilled. Thanks so much!
