I am unable to upload files to a website application (WizIQ) for an interactive classroom. They work from my PC but not on my Mac. A tech person from WizIQ tried to help and we ensured that firewall was not active and they were able to upload same file from mac but something seems to be wrong with my settings that is preventing the file from being successfully uploaded. It just says uploading and never uploads. I have left it for half an hour or more and tired several times. I have a fast internet connection. No problems with the program or account settings. It is a problem with my mac settings. Please help!

The uploading application on their website -- is it Java-based? JavaScript? Flash?
Do they offer an alternate upload form somewhere?
