Director MX and "file upload"

Hi,

can anyone tell me if it is possible to send a file via a "direktor projector" like using a form in a browser and php or to upload via ftp.
and if it is possible to show an open dialog where the user can choose a file to send ?

i found out how to display a opendialog .. now i only need to know how to transfer files via network ... especially ftp or through a php call.
