I just started using Director 8.5 this school year. I love it! Better than Flash, I daresay. Or at least easier to use.

Thumbs up to Macromedia, and to designer for finding this info! I've been waiting quite a while for Director MX

I'm waiting for updates to Dreamweaver and Flash MX I think they both have some issues that should be addressed. But i still use them.

An update to DW MX is coming at about the same time as Contribute arrives. The update is supposed to give DW MX the ability to interface and work directlty with Contribute. Hopefully, they'll address the bugs as well...

Ugh, tried it, uninstalled it, opened up BBedit, breathed a sigh of relief. For me it's HTML straight up baby!
