Disable 60 seconds countdown dialog box

There's a dialog box with 60 seconds pop-up once i click shutdown button. Is there any way to disable this features?(without using keyboard.)

possible to do it in terminal?

Generally it protects the system to have that 60 seconds of mercy time to close the apps before shutdown.

When I'm impatient, I just sudo shutdown in Terminal. That is instant.

Or - using the keyboard anyway - just press enter, and shutdown will continue immediately.
