Disk? Files? Software? - Are you looking for a tool that helps you erase your drive? That's Disk Utility. Start from the Mac OS X installation medium and simply erase the drive. Or are you looking for a de-installer for software? Just drag the applications to the trash and empty the trash. Or are you looking for a tool that shows you how much space the files use on the disk and that lets you delete them? Try OmniDiskSweeper (see www.omnigroup.com for that one)...
