Disk Size?

So how can you tell how much disk space is left? Or is that another thing that apple removed from the UI that worked so well?

Also, how does one tell the date without opening the Date/time panel?

You're right! I just never saw it there. Too light perhaps?


I hope Apple brings back some of these great UI features of 9 that make X not as friendly. Don't forget:

1. Color file labeling

2. When you open a newly created folder, that it would match the size and display mode of its parent.

3. Much better font control and consistency. Right now they are all over the place, even with shareware.

My hope is a lot of this stuff will come back when they have time to add it.

Any finder window the the status bar turned on will show the space available on the current disk.
