I just wanted to give props to Alsoft and make anyone else aware of an issue I recently faced.
I was having a strange keychain problem that I absolutely couldn't fix. I was in the Apple Store in Las Vegas on April 16 and asked the Mac Genius. He suggested I get Disk Warrior.
However, they didn't have an OS X native version available and I was hesitant to buy, but the Genius prodded me and I bought version 2.1 for $69.95.
Of course, it fixed my problem.
However, I noticed about 10 days later that Alsoft began shipping a native version.
They have agreed (which I believe they now have posted on their website) to give anyone who bought v 2.1 within the last 60 days the OS X native version (3.0) for just a $7.95 shipping fee.
I thought this was classy on their part and I wanted to give them props for it.
Disk Warrior has been great to me and this customer service will keep me. And no, I don't work for Alsoft!
