Diskcopy can't verify Dev tools dmg

I've downloaded the latest dev tools from apple's ADC site twice now.
Once with IE, and once with Omni.
both of them fail the checksum/verification process of DiskCopy.
I'm tempted to turn the verification process off, but I know it works, because I just installed OmniWeb using the same process.
Does anyone else have this problem with the latest devtools pkg for OSX 1.1?

I had to turn verification off and renamed the file DevTools.img
