I have a 20" iMac G5 running tiger. Also, I have the light sleeper firmware update installed. I have noticed that lately it sometimes boots up with the display dimmed. If I go to the displays preferences and click on the brightness slider the display comes back to normal settings. Wondering if there was a connection to my energy saver preferences I unchecked the setting to automatically dim the display before sleep, but the problem still persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
