Display of menu on my ipod

I have a 4GB ipod. It has all my music and the display lights up but there is no menu to read. When I press the wheel I can hear my tunes but can't navigate from a menu. I tried pressing the wheel and menu buttons to reset and nothing changed. What should I do?

If it's still under warranty, have them replace it. Unless something happened physically to it. Sounds like the display's dead somehow, even though it lights up. (I.e. the lights are working, but the display isn't.) If it's out of warranty, you're out of luck, i.e. you'd have to fix it yourself or find someone other than Apple to fix it. (They simply don't.)
