hiya people.. i've tried searching and now i'm really confused.. i have a few cdr and dmg files.. how da heck do i open them? i have a ibook 1.33 ghz g4.. 2 days old! lol... last time i used a mac it was 8.2 or sumthin
To open a DMG file, double click it. It'll mount as a drive on the desktop, and you can browse through whats in the DMG to get to the files and so on. Should be much the same for CDR as well.
Yep. Double-clicking should work. Disk Utility ("/Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility") should give you a couple of other options. Like burning those to CDs or DVDs.
