How do I make a .dmg file that is read-able by other computers? My first atempt resulted in the other computer that was my guinie pig thinking it was a quick time file! Help!

Trillian also make sure you have the extension .dmg included in the file.

Seems like you might be trying to use a .dmg file on an OS9 machine -- which you cannot do.

had .dmg on it, and it's using jagure, same as me. (it's even from the same family pack. )


[edit] I broke down and found dropstuff. Maybe .sit won't courpt the icons. .zip certently dose. [/edit]
