DNS on Netinfo

So step by step we´ll get this mystery-box called Netinfo more transparent ..

I´m still looking for the right place to drop my DNS into Netinfo.
Have tried /config... and /machines... so far - without success.

I´m still exploring this bright little "next-soft", but without infos from apple I`ll step over to NIS !

Where to place host-information and services anyway ?
 
Have a look at "man lookupd". There's quite a bit of documentation about the lookup strategy and configuration in there.
