Do CD Ripped AAC's have DRM on them?

Hi I have just spent the last few days ripping tons of Cd's to itunes in AAC format and I saw a phone that supported the AAC format, that would kinda make it a mini ipod shuffle for me. Though of course it wouldn't support apple's fairplay DRM. I was just wondering if files ripped to iTunes from CD's that you own is DRM'd.
