Not really, bur there are a few very good free ones: Sophos Anti-Virus and ClamXav. I run them once in awhile, but have never found anything threatening.
While Apple products are not as vulnerable to attack as PC, you still need to protect your computer. You are going to want an anti-virus and an anti-malware program running from the very beginning.

Mac OS X has built-in malware protection from several popular malware exploits. Windows viruses/trojans/malware cannot possibly infect a Mac OS X machine.
I would be willing to bet that you couldn't get your Mac OS X machine infected even if you went looking specifically to get it infected.
"Protecting" your Mac means something much different from the Windows/PC world, and the Mac comes almost 100% protected out-of-the-box. Please don't go wasting money and installing anti-virus software on top of anti-malware software on top of the existing protection built into Mac OS X. You'll see more problems with your computer doing that than just leaving the damn computer alone and letting it do its job.
