I was wondering where on earth they found to put in a reference to that footnote. It probably would have been funnier the other way round:
Smaller than a pack of gum, and more fun (2). > (what's 2?) > (2) Do not eat iPod Shuffle
 
Hmm, it reminds me of a product by Raidus, a cover for iBook/Powerbook keyboards.

It was packaged to look like a condom packet. At the end of the description it said "Does not offer contraception functions."
