Does anyone know what this is?

I downloaded a Universal program, but when I installed it, the application had a circle with a line across it on the front of it, like the one pictured here.

Anyone know what this means?

Does the program run? I've seen this icon a few times before, but they've always run for me (I'm on a MacBook Pro w/Intel).

Sometimes when an app is packaged, the icon is missing until it's been run for the first time.

The program is called: FirstClass 8.3

It is compatible with both PPC and Intel according to their web site.
