Does the Dock have spring-loaded folders in 10.2?

Since I don't feel like waiting until next Friday for 10.2 to arrive, I want to know: Does dragging something over a folder in the Dock make the docked folder pop open?
 
Nope, it doesn't. The dock does not have springloaded folders in 10.2 only the desktop and directories have it.
