Don't want to have to add password

Hello

I have two Macs networked together with Thunderbolt.

I keep files on my MBPro which is the target(?) for files. When I go to copy over files, from my iMac, I am prompted each time to authenticate with the password before it will copy to my MBPro.

I am the administrator for each Mac. Is there a way in prefs or? where I can copy files without having to add my password all the time?
