Drag and *cannot* Drop (more than one icon)

I don't know when this started happening, perhaps my last system update of 10.3. Now I can't drag more than one icon at a time to move into another directory. When I try, all icons dissappear and come back unmoved and unselected.

I got a 20G drive with 2G left and was thinking it might that, but that sounds a little silly.

Anybody sharing this problem with me. Anybody have a solution?

did you restart? If so, move the com.apple.finder.plist from the home/Library/Preferences into another folder so the finder will run in default mode.

But I don't see that file being replaced by the system yet. Time to tell?

:( Nawwwwww!!!!! I spoke too early. It don't work with nominal sized files (approx 500k).

Wait. And now thrice; it works. Lest (heh) another response from me here, your cure was true. Thank you.
