Drag and Drop problem

Still using OS X 10.2, but have suddenly developed a problem with dragging and dropping anything to anywhere. I have tried searching on google and have so far only come up with a program called Dragster, which is no longer available. Can anyone help me as it is starting to do my head in!!
 
What "problem" are you having? Can you describe your problem in a little more detail?

A lot of dragging problems have something to do with a bad mouse. Borrow someone else's mouse and see what happens.
 
Delete the icon cache found in /Library/Caches/ whose name is "com.apple.dock.iconcache"

Next, delete these files from the Preference folder located here;

user>Library>Preferences

com.apple.desktop.plist
com.apple.finder.plist
com.apple.LaunchServices.plist

Restart the machine
 
ra3ndy, nothing will move when I click and drag, whether its on the desktop, dragging tracks in itunes, moving items into files.
