Drag to PhotoShop to open

Recently had to reinstall system software (G4 running OSX 10.3.8) and got pretty everything back working as before. However, I have an annoyng problem.

When I drag a PhotoShop file to the PS icon in the dock PS launches but will not open the document. Looked in PS prefs and couldn't find a solution. Sure it's nor major, it just bugs me. Any ideas short of reinstalling it also.

Search the forums. Someone else had the same problem. Don't remember the solution.
 
Same thing happened to me a while back. The first solution in Natobasso's link worked for me. Just don't ask me why Photoshop needs a scripting addition for basic functionality. :confused: Bizarre...
 
Thanks so much Natobasso. It worked great. Who would of ever thought of looking there? Boy OS X is such a different bird than any of the previous ones. Thanks again.
