Dual Monitor iMac G5 2.0ghz 20" ???

I have searched .... and found no related info.
Can someone please tell me

1. Can I use a 2nd monitor with the iMac g5 20"
2. If so, how to configure it (physically)

What I want is expanded monitor real estate - NOT mirrored images.

Thanks for the reply... but I of course knew that much...

The question is... can I assisgn the external monitor as a 2nd monitor.
Hooking a projector or TV is NOT what I want to do.
I want to have my tools on one screen and my workspace on the other screen.

You know... DUAL MONITORS

????
