Duck: What's It For?

Anyone?...

I found it under the "Desktop Tweaks" section, but how does it tweak the desktop? As you can see from the link, the description is very obscure and pretty much useless.

Anyone know?

I did read them, and I couldn't tell from the feedback (as I stated in my original post) what the app does. It must do SOMEthing! It can't do nothing, otherwise it wouldn't be an app. It's got to do something ... even if that something is just sitting there on your desktop making goofy faces all day. I have no idea what it does. I wish someone could tell me.

So ... it's just a duck? That sits on your desktop ... and quacks ... and blinks?

Boy, that app designer was REALLY bored.
