I am working with a new computer (iMac9,1) and a new system (OSX.6.1) from Tiger. The Apple Store helped to set this new machine up, but because my hard drive crashed on my old computer, I am having to configure this new machine.
MacMail 4,1 (1076) is bringing in duplicates (15-20) emails from Gmail. When I delete emails, they come up over and over. My trash folder on the gmail site is empty.
In MacMail preferences, I have only one account setup and it is a Gmail IMAP account.
Please help. I am going nuts trying to solve this by myself.
