A albloom Registered May 28, 2005 #3 As Ric said, you can't go from a DVD player to a VCR if it's a commercial DVD that is copy protected. Otherwise it's just connect the two with an AV cable (or something fancier) set the DVD player to "play" and press "record" on the VCR.
