My wife's e-mail is not receiving e-mail's. we keep getting the box that wants her to put in her password but when we do it does not accept her password. Therefore, she is not getting her e-mail's. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
 
Does the webmail accept that same password?
Is that on an email program or webmail?
If email program, Mail or some other (which?) program?
Are the account details correct? (incoming mail server, username/account, password, ports)
Does the same account with same exact login details work in another environment (same machine in another network environment, on another computer, in webmail..)?
Did it ever work in this environment?
