earthlink mail

allright, this is a question for anyone with an earthlink account... currently i'm using Entourage and whenever I try to send a message out of my earthlink account I get an error saying "mail could not be sent using the account Chuck's Mail" and "The specified server could not be found". When I check in Accounts (from the Tools menu), the reciving mail server is mail.earthlink.net, which works perfectly, and the sending mail server is smpt.earthlink.net I figure the smpt must not be correct or something like that... any help would be useful

It looks like you have a typo: It's supposed to be smtp.earthlink.net, not smpt.earthlink.net. Unless that was just a typo in your post. Hope this helps!!

unforchanetly it was just a typo, it just reads "smpt.earthlink.net" no , or . thanks though
