Ease of use

Not having used MacOS X I am wondering how you would rate it for ease of use, especially for someone coming from MacOS 9. Are there any thing that confuse you? Any things that you prefer in previous versions of MacOS, or feel would make you move to another OS?

Anwsers to these questions could either get a 3rd party sorting out a solution or get Apple to do something about them ( depends if Steve Jobs is willing to listen ;) )
 
Actually i think that depends on your level of experience.

I would rate OS9 8.5 in ease of use.
Now for a new OSX user: 7.5
For a OS9 hacker no unix exp. 6
For a OS9 hacker with unix exp. 8
