Editing Finder Menus

Anyone know where the menu items for the finder menus are stored? I would like to edit some of them, but I can't seem to find them. And yes, I know how dangerous messing around with my system can be. ;)
 
Anyone? Anyone?? No one?? Hmm. Apple must have really not wanted us to mess with them if no one (including me) can find them...;)
